Welcome to 1830

1830 is a community of eighteen to thirty year olds in the Winston-Salem area who long to experience God first-hand. With the realization that God himself is creative, we look to be creative in the pursuit of Him. Our vision for the city and our generation founded on three core values: Prayer, Community, and Mission. 1830 thrives by building relationships and experiencing life together allowing authentic spirituality to emerge. Even though we are all different within ourselves, we seek an atmosphere where everyone is accepted. We are frustrated with the way things have always been and seek to bring a new face of spiritual awareness to our generation that seeks God in different ways.
